Our Teachers
Lucie Beyer

Yoga Teacher Lucie Beyer
Yoga teacher (BYV), trained in Hawaiian massage, Clown, dancer (CI),
acrobat and educator with enthusiasm. Her special subject is an
experimental movement research where she connects elements from the
yoga, acrobatics and dance. With a lot of joy she teaches child yoga
and works in circus projects.
Lucie did a two years training in Sri Shivanandas tradition and studied
Anusara Yoga with Bridget Woods Kramer. She collected her experience in
Ashtanga, Jivamukti and classical Vinyasa. Even so she is dancing and
flying in her acrobatics, Yoga will always be her foundation and her
path of life.
She loves to sing mantras during her lessons and to add some bodywork
or massage technics. Her main focus is to combine the playfulness and
the discipline within yoga practise.
So erverybody is welcome in her classes to find his own special way to and with yoga.
„Moveasy“
This workshop is dedicated to the pure joy of movement. When we were
children, we had the natural need to move our bodies. As an adult
sometimes its hard to remember this need. Especially because our
movements were judged in school - from the first day on, we all over
sudden had to sit still.
In the „Moveasy“ workshop we experiment in a playful way
how our bodies respond to gravity. We are using techniques from yoga,
acrobatics (you don't have to be advanced!), contact improvisation,
massage and bodywork.
The individual experience is as important as the groups experience.
It's very special to feel the responsibility for a person, who is
flying on your feet!
Moveasy is an invitation to become aware of our inner and outer
movements - and of the whole big universal-movement within and around
us.
Lucie will be teaching from 6th December 09 till first week of February 2010………
